Qualifications

1. Project selling skills preferred
2. Excellence in negotiation and analytical skill, problem solving capabilities
3. Pleasant personality, able to multitask and work under pressure
4. Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy
5. Able to work independently and in collaboration to achieve goals
6. Minimum 3 year experience in Human Resource Development or Organization Development or closely related discipline or equivalent experience
7. Male/Female, with Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, Mass Communication or related field

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for development requirement analysis and training, as well as designing and proposing development roadmap to clients based on principles and theories of adult learning. Possess expertise to evaluate the development in various forms and be able to build good relationships with clients, including advising clients on employee development based on the right principles.
