Member Officer

Imagine what your data analytics and project management skills could do to support the organization that is dedicated to enhance competitiveness and future readiness for businesses in Thailand

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely update, manage and segment member and customer database for email marketing

  • Carry out data analytics, monthly reports and presentations

  • Provide recommendations from customer insights

  • Implement annual customer surveys and in-dept interviews

  • Coordinate with all business units in collecting the customer satisfaction results of each activity and present customer satisfaction report to management on a bi-monthly basis

  • Assist team to prepare member events and related productions

  • Assist cross-functionally on TMA events

  • Network with members and prospects as appropriate

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • A bachelor degree in any fields. Knowledge in marketing, business administration, consumer behavior, psychology, statistics and social media tools can be advantages

  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and can handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Creative problem solving and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), internet and social media.

  • Attention to details, follow-up follow-through

  • Good English

  • Can do attitude, team player

Learning & Development Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training requirement analysis and improvement. Design development programs/projects and training to be in line with organization’s goals, purpose of projects and target groups based on principles and theories related to learning process. Implement practical evaluation/monitoring developments.

Qualifications

  • Pleasant personality, able to multitask and work under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy

  • Minimum 3- year experience in learning and development or closely related experience, preferably in Adult Learning

  • Male/Female, with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, Adult Learning or related field

Senior Specialist – TMA Center for Competitiveness

Main Responsibilities

  • Study, analyse, and compile papers and reports related to national competitiveness.

  • Develop and manage projects under Thailand Competitiveness Enhancement Program, a program to promote public-private collaboration in enhancing Thailand competitiveness

  • Coordinate with partnering organizations in the public and private sectors in the activities related to national competitiveness

  • Coordinate with international partners in the projects related to national competitiveness enhancement

Qualifications

  • Experienced analyst who can also manage a project.

  • General research background with analytical skills.

  • Systematic, logical concept of thinking.

  • Well rounded, and adaptive.

  • English proficiency at high level.

  • Age between 30 – 40 years old or at least 7 years of experience in the related fields.

Project Lead / Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and investigate information to enable project / activities.

  • Plan project budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organisational planning and budgeting systems.

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for organisational development

  • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management

  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.

  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., as required.

  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.

Qualifications

  • Male /Female, with master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in any field

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in the position

  • Pleasant personality, creative, positive attitude, able to work on complex multi-tasking activities under pressure.

  • Efficiency spoken & writing business Thai and English

  • Computer and technical literacy: Microsoft office, e-mail, and Internet navigation.

  • Infographic capability is a plus.
