Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to making an annual plan.

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing members with relevant activities and services, ensuring a positive experience

  • Craft engaging stories and compelling copy for sales emails to drive membership growth

  • Recruit and onboard new members.

  • Demonstrate strong capability in using Excel for data management/ data analytics and the capability to turn data into presentations and intelligence.

  • Efficiently manage CRM system, and administrative tasks within the department.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. An MBA, business training, or editorial/ media background will be advantageous.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Experience in recruiting and customer relationship management will be an advantage.

  • Excel skills: managing and turning data into intelligence, and presentation (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

  • Capability to extract key selling points of programmes and put them into storytelling/write-ups.

  • Social media skills

  • Proficiency in Thai and good English.

  • Attention to accuracy and details

  • Responsible for training requirement analysis and improvement. Design development programs/projects and training to be in line with organization’s goals, purpose of projects and target groups based on principles and theories related to learning process. Implement practical evaluation/monitoring developments.

  • Pleasant personality, able to multitask and work under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy

  • Minimum 3- year experience in learning and development or closely related experience, preferably in Adult Learning

  • Study, analyse, and compile papers and reports related to national competitiveness

  • Develop and manage projects under Thailand Competitiveness Enhancement Program, a program to promote public-private collaboration in enhancing Thailand competitiveness

  • Coordinate with partnering organizations in the public and private sectors in the activities related to national competitiveness

  • Research and investigate information to enable project / activities

  • Plan project budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organisational planning and budgeting systems

  • Develop and implement communications strategy, plans and campaigns for own, earned and paid channels

  • Plan and manage budget

  • Identify key messages and develop stories in Thai and English from long and complicated English language documents, briefs, or some seminar sessions into compelling and simplified press releases, social media posts and other write-ups for varied audiences and stakeholders

  • Organize and supervise various types of press and corporate events

  • Plan and implement online & social media strategy, contents and promotion campaigns

  • Create marketing production materials both offline and online

  • Coordinate with stakeholders as well as manage agencies and suppliers
