In joining the Accelerator Program, both corporates and startups will benefit 

from the knowledge sharing from Maciej 'Mike' Plichta, CFA. 

He has over 15 years of unique experience at the intersection of startup, corporate, and venture capital ecosystems.

He began his career as a consultant in Deloitte's financial advisory team and then progressed his journey in a pre-seed VC, assisting young entrepreneurs to bring their products to market, before joining an early-stage VC to support startups in their early expansion phase. He then transitioned to the global CVC of a leading European energy provider, Innogy Innovation Hub, where he worked closely with the VC ecosystems in Israel, Germany, Silicon Valley, and the UK. His focus was on business development support in the PropTech and Cybersecurity sectors.

Seeking to work more closely with end-users of technology solutions in the real estate sector, Mike took on a role to lead Colliers’ PropTech Advisory. In early 2022, Mike moved to Singapore to explore and develop the Southeast Asian innovation ecosystem.

His financial expertise and passion for innovation have landed him a prestigious position as an expert for one of the world's largest funding programmes for the deployment of net-zero and innovative technologies – the Innovation Fund. With total funding of up to EUR 40 billion, the Innovation Fund is a key instrument of the European Commission for delivering the EU's economy-wide commitments under the Paris Agreement and the Net-Zero Industry Act.
